Q: What are See Factor’s insurance requirements?
A: See Factor requires liability coverage, in force for the full period of rental, naming See Factor Industry, Inc. as “additional insured,” with minimum limits of $1,000,000.00, covering any claim for property loss and/or personal injury.
Equipment coverage, in force for the full period of rental, naming See Factor Industry, Inc. as “loss payee,” with minimum limits being no less than the replacement value (without deduction for depreciation) of the equipment rented, covering any costs incurred from equipment loss, damage and/or theft.
This certificate must be received and approved by See Factor before rental can be released.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: See Factor accepts company checks or cash. Customers may pay by credit card using Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.
All first time customers are on a COD basis.
Q: What are See Factor’s hours of operation?
A: Our hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Weekend pick-ups and deliveries must be arranged in advance.
Q: What are See Factor’s trucking capabilities?
A: We will deliver equipment anywhere in the tri-state area and, in certain situations, well beyond. Prices vary on location and volume of equipment.

Q: What kind of labor does See Factor provide?
A: Our staff can function as lighting designers, electricians, moving light technicians, board operators or as supervisory personnel. We provide labor to suit the job’s needs. |
